Too Tired for an Update

Ry has had another good day. Her fluids have poured off and she looks like our sweet little girl again. She's still intubated, but has made huge progress in efforts to wean her. Despite the fact that doctors told us it would be up to two weeks before we could extubate, we are hopeful it could happen soon.
I promise to give a more thorough post tomorrow. For now I'm praying for more than 2 1/2 hours of sleep... starting now.

Prayer going up for you & Gilly to get your much needed rest. Thank you for your short note....I had checked several times since last night. I try and give our church
at Rochelle updates every Sunday morning.

This is such great news! I've been praying anytime I think about little Ry! SO happy to hear this! Will continue to pray for that special angel heart to come very, very soon - just as soon as Ry is healthy enought to receive it. Praise the Lord for his mercy and love! I hope you and Gilly and Ry get some much needed sleep and have a GREAT Sunday! :)))))

Andrea, we all know you are on a marathon, day and night, with precious time for any real rest, We know you are being taxed physically, spiritually and emotionally 24 hours a day. We are amazed how you exhibit superhuman strength for so long, even tho you are just a normal human mother. We know everyday you work to comprehend complex medical procedures and issues and that you manage the logistics of it all, often living only on prayer, faith and grace.

Do not feel then in your perfectionism that you need always post long explanations when your energies are so taxed. We check back all day long and then hang on to whatever few sentences you are able to muster, just looking for the important headlines and wanting to know how to pray next.

Such a sweet note above and I ditto everything that was said. Looking from the outside, we truly have NO idea what your days and nights are so we continue to pray and wait to know what you need for us to pray for.
Our love to all of you,
Linda and family
