We had a great appointment yesterday! First of all, the echo showed no subtantial change in the failure of the heart. Her chamber is still showing a lack of vigor while pumping and her valve is still very leaky. This is no new news, but as I said there are no major changes which is what we've prayed for. Rylynn was such a perfect patient during the echo. It lasted exactly long enough for her to watch one episode of her Chipmunk movie. She didn't even need me to lay next to her and comfort her. She was such a big girl only holding my hand!
The next great piece of news is her tiny, but important weight gain. She gained 8 oz!!!! It's crazy that an entire month of careful feedings and lots of snacking and we only put on 8 oz, but that's still a huge accomplishment!
Her sats remained at 83 and her labs showed all of her other organs are functioning well.
Thank you for all the prayers! We know God hears them!
